Alkaline water sticks  are used to create alkaline ionised water to drink.
 
How to use:
 
Step 1: Before you begin using your new alkaline water stick you need to rinse it thoroughly to remove excess loose minerals. Place the alkaline stick in a clean drinking bottle and fill half way with water then shake for 30 seconds. discard this water and repeat the process again twice more. 
 
Step 2: Now you can use the alkaline stick to create alkaline water to drink. Fill a clean 500ml water bottle with tap or bottled water and place the rinsed alkaline stick in it. Shake this for 30 secs then let it sit for at least 20mins.  The longer it sits before drinking the more alkaline it will become.
